Leftovers

Omlette

While it's nice to buy ingredients for a specific recipe, it can feel a bit indulgent if you do it too much.

As an antidote, it's nice to go home without shopping and cook with whatever's in the kitchen. Tonight there was 4 eggs, onions, a couple of small potatoes, half a red pepper, and feta from the weekend. It all went together in a sort of Spanish Greek omelet. I'm full and feeling frugal.
